Who I am

 /Me, through my travels…

Northern Chile, Bolivia, Peru.../packpacking trips

I was back to my beloved South America. I started with an exhausting flight from Milan to Calama in northern Chile, via Sao Paulo, Brazil and Santiago de Chile... I started with the copper mines of Chuquicamata, the Gaysers Tatio , the Atacama Desert and the Moon Valley. Then through the Andes in 4 days on a 4x4 to get to the snow-white Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia. By night buses I arrived in La Paz to go to Copacabana, on Titticaca Lake. I met there Maddo, a New Zealander with whom I spent the following 15 days visiting the Inca ruins of Ollantaytambo Valley , of Cuzco and of the magic Machu Pichu , reached after a grueling trekking of 42km with 4200mt! Then Nazca and the Huacachina sandy dunes to experience the thrill of sand boarding! Here I said goodbye to Maddo and I went on my journey to South Still Santiago and finally to the magic of Rapanui, Easter Island with its beautiful and mysterious Moai.
